NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT OF THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY OF GUAM VISITS THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL

The newly elected President of the Filipino Community of Guam (FCG) Mr. Roy Adonay paid a courtesy call on the Consul General Bayani V. Mangibin at the Consulate General on 05 February 2013 to discuss the FCG’s projects during his two-year term as President.
Projects in the pipeline include the beautification of the newly acquired Filipino Community of Guam Center, issuance of FCG’s membership card with benefits, launching of a coffee table book highlighting the provinces of each member organizations  and to institutionalize an award ceremony that aims to give due recognition to distinguished Filipinos or Filipino-Americans on the island.
In response, Consul General Mangibin assured Mr. Adonay  of the Consulate General’s assistance and support to the projects of the Filipino Community of Guam.
