12/12/2012: PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL IN AGANA OPENS THE 11TH MONTHLY EXHIBIT OF THE GUAM FILIPINO ARTISTS
To cap the 2012 year-long Monthly Art Exhibits, the Philippine Consulate General in cooperation with the Guam Filipino Artists (GFA) opened the 11th painting exhibit at the Consular Area of the Philippine Consulate General last Friday, 07 December 2012.
Consul General Bayani V. Mangibin (3rd from R) led the ribbon cutting ceremony. Joining him are (L-R) Guam Filipino Artists President Rolly Zepeda, Filipino businessman Enrique Sobrepeña, Sr., Vice Speaker Benjamin J.F. Cruz of the 31st Guam Legislature, Consul General of South Korea Jae Hyun Shin, University of Guam Vice President Dr. John Peterson, featured artists Ms. Yeon Sook Park and Ms. Kristine Chang Zepeda, Chairperson of the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency (CAHA) Ms. Monica de Guzman and Ms. Jacqueline Balbas, Project Coordinator of the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency (CAHA).
