03/09/2012: NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MAPUA ALUMNI GUAM (NAMA GUAM) DONATES TO THE PHILIPPINE RED CROSS FOR THE BENEFIT OF FLOOD VICTIMS IN THE PHILIPPINES

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MAPUA ALUMNI GUAM (NAMA GUAM) DONATES TO THE PHILIPPINE RED CROSS FOR THE BENEFIT OF FLOOD VICTIMS IN THE PHILIPPINES

The National Association of Mapua Alumni Guam (NAMA Guam), led by its President Mr. Venchito Vergara  turned over their check donation of US$2,000.00 for the Philippine Red Cross to Philippine Consul General to Guam, Hon. Bayani V. Mangibin.  The donation is for the benefit of the communities recently devastated by the flooding caused by heavy monsoon rains in the Philippines.

Earlier in the week, two other check donations were received by the Consulate General for the Philippine Red Cross, i.e., US$1,000.00 from Modern International Inc., and US$500.00 from Dr. William S. Freeman.END
