PHILIPPINE CONSUL GENERAL TO AGANA MEETS WITH OFFICERS OF THE GUAM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Philippine Consul General to Agana, Hon. Bayani V. Mangibin, met on 24 February 2012 with officers of the Guam Chamber of Commerce to further strengthen the Consulate General's ties with the premier association of businesses and business people on island.  Aside from discussing recent developments on the military buildup on Guam and its impact on local businesses, Consul General Mangibin also proposed to the Chamber officers the possibility of exploring the establishment of a Guam-Philippines Business Council.
