Hagatña, Guam – Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo, Guam’s Delegate to the United States Congress, and Mr. Rolly Zepeda of the Filipino Artists on Guam, lead honored guests during the ribbon-cutting ceremony formally launching OBRA: Gawang Pinoy. Likhang Pinoy, and art exhibit featuring the works of Guam-based Filipino artists. The exhibit forms part of the celebrations for Philippine Independence Month.
